CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX?
Yes! We would be happy to ship your order to a PO Box.
HOW DO I CARE FOR THE LILY PAD?
We recommend you spot clean your Lily Pad with cold water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry The Lily Pad. Be sure to lay the Lily Pad flat to dry completely.
ARE THERE ANY FLAME RETARDANTS IN THE LILY PAD?
No, we use absolutely no flame retardants in any part of The Lily Pad as we pride ourselves in an organic, non-toxic wedge for our children.

WHERE ARE THE LILY PADS MADE?
The Lily Pads are all made here in the USA.
HOW DO I USE THE LILY PAD?
Open each velcro strap of both Lily Pads. Then wrap the velcro straps around the car seat or stroller straps making sure the thicker end of the Lily Pad is pointed towards the child's chin while the tapered end is closest to the child's ear.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE LILY PAD?
The main purpose of The Lily Pad is to add comfort to your little one by preventing your child's head from "rag dolling" forward while riding in the carseat or stroller. Additionally, a benefit of The Lily Pad is that it allows your child to manipulate their heads left and right while sleeping and not being forced into a fixed position. The Lily Pad is also not invasive to an awake child, so there is no urgency in needing to remove the wedge should your child wake up. This is product is NOT marketed as a safety product and NOT intended to be used as a safety product.
