How do I care for the Lily Pad? "We recommend you do not machine wash or tumble dry The Lily Pad. We suggest spot cleaning with cold water and laying flat to dry. Be sure to allow The Lily Pad to dry completely before use to prevent mildew (mold) from growing"

Where are The Lily Pad products made? "The Lily Pad is made right here, in the USA."
How do I install The Lily Pad? "Open the Lily Pad by the velcro strip. Then wrap the velcro strap around the carseat or stroller strap. The wedge should be facing thicker end closest to the child's chin with the tapered end pointing towards the child's ear. Make sure The Lily Pad is resting under your child's jawline. This will prevent the child's head from tipping forward while riding in the car or stroller."
Is The Lily Pad sold as a set, or individually? "We sell each size individually."
Can I ship to a PO Box? "Yes, however we cannot offer overnight shipping to a PO Box."
Are there any flame retardants used in The Lily Pad products? "No, we pride ourselves on using organic soft cotton in all the covers for all of our products. Therefore we do not use any chemicals."
What age is appropriate for my child to use The Lily Pad? "Currently, our product line works best for children in rear facing carseats. While we are about to launch our product line for front facing carseats and booster seats, we recommend The Lily Pad be used for children ages newborn - 2 years old."
